In peak season this is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental, however 5 day stays (Sunday-Thursday) may be considered; please contact the owner. - • Security deposit of $500 required.
• Once the house is cleaned and inspected by our professional service, no damage is reported, no items have been removed from the house, and you have returned the house keys your security deposit will be refunded promptly. (The security deposit will retained; and the lease may be broken mid week if any smoking is done in the house or if any pets are allowed into the house.)
• A deposit of half the rent is required to make a reservation. The cleaning fee is due with the first payment. The remaining portion of the rent and the $500 security deposit is due at least 1 month prior to the start of the rental arrival date. If final payment has not been received 1 month prior to the arrival date the owner reserves the right to try to rent the property to another party and some or all of the deposit may be retained by the owner to cover time and expenses
