Zephyr Cove House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $550 to $700/night
- Additional fees of $250 cleaning and 13% tax.
$250 cleaning fee includes house and hot tub cleaning, sheets and towels. We also supply luxury Egyptian, 500 count cotton sheets and towels. In the summer we supply beach towels and chairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked like a normal kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Dishes for 16.
We also supply items like paper towels, napkins, dishwasher soap, dishliquid soap, laundry soap, trash bags, tissue paper, etc.
Renter should bring personal items like soap, shampoo, etc.
