  Additional information about rental rates
  * Departure cleaning charge added for stays less than 7 nights; otherwise included in rental rate;
  * All rates negotiable depending on length of stay, repeat renter status, etc. Owner will approve all rentals after phone or email contact with responsible party. Rental reservation will be confirmed after payment of 25% rental deposit plus $500 refundable security deposit and return of signed rental agreement. Balance of rental payment will be due thirty days prior to the commencement of the rental. In the event that a rental has to be canceled, the deposits will be fully refundable if such cancellation is made at least sixty days prior to the start of the rental. If the cancellation occurs within
• 30-60 days prior to the rental, the rental deposit is non-refundable, but 100% of the security deposit will be refunded.Within thirty days of the start of the rental, no refund will be made with the exception of the security deposit. However, in the event that a replacement rental is secured for time period of the canceled rental, all deposits and rental payments will be refunded
  • Pets may be allowed by exception after owner consideration and approval - an extra fee will be charged.
