Special holidays such as Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's are a little extra.
Daily cleaning service is optional, and arranged with the onsite management company.
A resort fee of US$11.95/night(not per person) is payable on arrival at reception.
A non refundable deposit of 20% will secure the booking. The balance is due within 8 weeks of the holiday.
Credit card details are required on checking in, as security for any damages that may occur.
Payment is via PayPal. A surcharge is incurred.
Payment can also be made with e-transfer, which has no surcharge.
