Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 reservation deposit (rrefundable) is required.
- *** PLEASE NOTE A $500.00 Refundable Reservation Deposit via PayPal sent to my email address is required to reserve a time period. The Reservation Deposit will convert to a refundable Security Deposit during your stay. After the initial $500 deposit has been made you will receive a Formal Booking Confirmation and Rental Agreement.
*** Weekly Stay - 7 nights: Sunday Afternoon Check in to Sunday Morning Departure
*** City and State Room Taxes: 6% of Rental Rate
**** Separate Cleaning fee: $250.00 (not taxed)
**** Pet Fees: $200.00 non-refundable pet fee for 2 pets, $100.00 per each additional pet. (not taxed)

- Master Bedroom is on the First Floor with a large King Sized quality bed - 3 other Bedrooms are on the second floor. Drop side Crib in Bedroom #2 - along with small refrigerator and video library This Four bedroom house sleeps 8 comfortably and with the pull out couch it will sleep 10 - And if you want to include the crib and chaise lounge tucked in the corner of the Living room - you can count 12 and........ if you count those who have partied too hard and pass out in the hot tub , it go to 16....... and wait, theres more! .....take the sleeping bags out on the deck, sleep under the stars.. and you will have regular slumber party of 20 made!!! (not suggested :) Jokes of course! Sleeping for 8 is suggested. Invite 10 and things get a bit crowded.
