- WEEKLY RATES are Saturday 3PM check in to Saturday 11 AM checkout; Security Deposit of $250, with 1 Pet $350. First deposit received rules; Payment infull due at least 30 days prior to rental week. Off season $800 weekly for the winter and early spring.; No partial weeks in the summer. Multi week discounts!!!; Off season Monthly Rentals $1200/mo plus utilities (November-March)
