- When making your reservation at the Chartres Street Cottage, we require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Reservations for special events require payment in full 60 days before arrival. Late arrivals after 9:00 pm $25 fee.
Minimum stay is 2 nights. Longer minimums are required for holidays and special events.
3 night minimum stays are required for French Quarter Festival, Halloween,Christmas and Thanksgiving. 3 night minimum stays are $200 per night.
4 night minimum stays are required for Jazz Fest, Essence Festival and Sugar Bowl. 4 night minimum stays are $275 per night.
5 night minimum stay required for: Mardi Gras. 5 night minimum stays are $300 per night.
