Oconomowoc House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 3 day rental minimum during the peak season. Rates are based on 6 people or less.
- Occupancy: All rates are based on 4 people or less. Each additional person is $25.00 per day.
Security Deposit for vacation rentals is $500.00
Non-refundable cleaning fee for parties of 4 or less is $100.00
Non-refundable cleaning fee for parties of 5 or more is $200.00
If the home is left in good condition no other fees will apply. If the home is left in poor condition additional cleaning will be charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour and deducted from the security deposit.
A 4 night minimum is required for all bookings.
