The wall running alongside the queen bed has a half wall w/oversized windows and broad water views. All 3 Queen BRs on the upper floor have fabulous water views through slider walls opening to the deep 50' deck. In the lower level, both the queen/OR 2 twins BR and the family/TV room w/ a leather couch and 2 sling back chairs and 2 slide out 'settees', if 2 twin beds are desired, have slider walls leading out to the backyard and enclosed O/S.The twin beds in this bedroom are 30' wide and are put together as a queen bed, or can be set up as 2 twins w/ prior arrangement. These rooms are well separated and share no common walls for quiet privacy in the 2 twins OR queen BR if others are in the family/TV room.
