Apr 10-Dec 14 .. $185/night; Dec 15-Apr 09 .. $220/night; Holiday Rate: Christmas, New Years... 12/20 - 1/10 $250.00/night; Valentine 2/9 - 2/19 $250.00/night...(10 night minimum for any reservations overlapping Christmas day or New Years and Valentine) (Christmas/New Year cancellations must be made before October 1st). - PAYMENT/CANCELLATION INFO:
Personal checks, money orders, certified checks are accepted (always favored/preferred especially where significant savings is offered. U.S. Funds) Credit cards are also accepted and invoiced through owner of the condo's PayPal account for guest to self process (no cc fee) A two night’s stay is all that is required to reserve dates. Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Christmas dates due by Oct 1.
Cancellation Policy: Prior to 45 days: Full refund less $125.00 cancellation fee. Within 45 days of arrival, there is NO refund. If space is re-rented, a pro rata amount May be refunded less a $125.00 cancellation fee. Prior to 10/1 for Christmas. Reservations are secured by receipt of deposit and signed Guest Agreement.
