Three Kings Condo Rates

  • Monthly Rate 4/31 - 11/30- $2500. Deposit required to reserve (Deposit covers last month's rent).
  • $275/night April 1-December 14, 5 night minimum stay
    3 day deposit due at time of reservations, reservations of 10 days or longer - a 6 night deposit is required
    525./night December 15-31 & Sundance Film Festival
    $375/night January 1-April 15, 5 night minimum stay
    ALL NIGHTLY RATES Excludes TAXES (add 10.45%)
    Check in time is 3 PM and check out by 11 AM
    Pay directly w/credit card
    Final Payments & Cancellations are required 30 days prior to arrival
    Shorter Stay approved requests must pay additonal $150 housekeeping fee
