Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly Rate 4/31 - 11/30- $2500. Deposit required to reserve (Deposit covers last month's rent).
- $275/night April 1-December 14, 5 night minimum stay
3 day deposit due at time of reservations, reservations of 10 days or longer - a 6 night deposit is required
525./night December 15-31 & Sundance Film Festival
$375/night January 1-April 15, 5 night minimum stay
