Lake Ozark Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning included. Boat slip $25 extra per day. Pets are no longer allowed.
- Reservations require a 50% Deposit due at the time you make your reservation or within 10 days of the date the reservation is made by check. Reservations will be canceled if 10 day is not met. Balance due is required 14 days prior to arrival. Complete fee is due if reservations are made less than 14 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by check, cashier's check, VISA or MasterCard . Personal checks are only accepted if reservations are made 30 days in advance. Sorry, we do not rent to college students.
- Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival - full refund less $50 administrative fee. Cancellations between 60-31 days you will forfeit your deposit or 50% of your rental if you have paid in full. Cancellations less than 31 days you forfeit your rental fee paid.
