- Prices are inclusive of bed, kitchen and bathroom linen (changed once weekly), water and internet. Electricity and gas are charged on the basis of actual consumption (meter reading, 0.25 €/kWh and 1.0 €/m3).
Final cleaning fee 200 € (whole villa) or 80 € (first two floors, OPTION 2). Additional cleaning service available upon request (10 € / hour).
15% off for every second/third week booked. Rates for longer periods negotiable. - Conditions:
- Payment via (international) bank transfer.
- Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of one third of the total rental. The balance of the hire charge must be paid at least 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. We may treat the booking as cancelled if the balance of the hire charge is not sent by this date.
- A damage deposit of 500 € is payable via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable after the property has been inspected.
