- 3-night min. must be reserved for most Holiday wknds @ Peak rates. Reserve/Security Deposit is $500
- Spring Break - 4 night minimum at Fall rates. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years - 4 night minimum at Peak rates. Payment Policy: A $500.00 reservation deposit with signed contract is required to ensure Guest's reservation. This converts to a refundable security deposit. The 1st Payment ( 50% of Rent, Cleaning Fee and 10.5% Transient Room Tax) is due within 60 days prior to the check-in date. Final payment (50% of rent, cleaning fee & 10.5% tax) is due 21 days prior to check in. If your Final Payment is not received prior to 2 weeks of arrival, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. A full or partial refund of the deposit minus $100 USD cancellation fee, may be made if Owner is able to re-rent to other parties for the same reservation period. No House Parties: Minimum rental age is 25. Guest is liable for all damage and repairs to the house and its premises that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear. Cleaning requires 24 hours between guests.
- Please inquire about our reservation and cancellation policies. Until confirmed all rental rates are subject to change without notice. Church groups, please inquire about our retreat incentives. The lodge suite can be used as a separate apartment available for your speaker, chef, etc. This area includes a master suite with queen bed, full bath, living room with full futon, eating area, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, satellite and stereo sound, and kitchenette with mini-frig, convection microwave, Bosch dishwasher, hot plate, etc. There's a private entrance and deck and the elevator exits in this area. This area is also available for rent separately when the rest of the home is not being used and does include the use of the hot tub, sauna, BBQ and deck. Peak season and holidays - 5/28/12-9/30/12 = $125/night, Low season - All other dates except holidays = $99/night. $50 cleaning fee.

- 25 can sleep comfortably in beds with room to spare. There are additional sleeping areas located in the office, library, billiard room, lodge family room and living room with 7 additional futons (5 queens, 2 fulls), utilizing these rooms, the home can accommodate more than 28 - please contact owner for larger group arrangements. Each bedroom features a different theme. The main master suite we call the Queen Mum's room as it is luxurious and stately with a separate soak tub and shower. There's the Bamboo Suite with bamboo bath faucets, light fixtures and pictures - it even has a Koi pond elevated bath sink. The Lodge Suite features log furniture and decor, the Pirates Cove room has very sturdy ships style beds. The Gull's Room is beach themed and the Captain's Suite looks like the back of a ship. You're sure to find a favorite!
