RATE: Reflects Single, Double Occupancy, family of four two adults and 2 children Maximum Occupancy Four.
All minor children must be accompanied by their parents. Minor children stay free.
Additional $25 per day for extra person occupying the condo if not a minor child.
DEPOSIT: Summer Peak Season deposit $200.00 check or money order due by 04/18 for Special Savings. Balances are due and payable 30 days before arrival. Deposit Checks must be received within 7 days of reservation date. Our policy is first paying guest books the reservation!
RESERVATIONS: ARE CONFIRMED ONLY WITH A RECEIVED DEPOSIT!
NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED: PROPERTY INSURANCE IS PROVIDED and is an ADDITION to the weekly rental. - CANCELLATIONS: Must be received 14 days prior to Arrival Date for A FULL DEPOSIT REFUND. 13 days or less notice given your reserved week must be fully re-rented. You will be assessed one night lodging minus $20.00 cancellation fee. If reserved week is not fully re-rented daily lodging rate is charged for each day not rented any amount remaining will be returned. All cancellations must be made by telephone.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: is replaced by the property damage protection insurance. It is a non-refundable fee that covers the time of your stay. It provides coverage in case of damages or missing condo property only. It is refundable with a 14 day notice.
Condo: Any exceptions to our policies must be approved in writing in advance.

- A very large and spacious Bedroom with a Queen size Bed. Individual Air Conditioners for the bedroom and the living room for extra cool comfort. There is also a new 22' Flat Screen TV and DVD player combo in the bedroom. A 26' Flat Screen TV and DVD player is in the Living Room. There is a though the wall Air Conditioner which cools the bathroom and hallway areas. It is the closest thing to central air in the Waverly Complex. Most units have only one A/C unit. The windows have mini-blinds and drapes. All new spreads, blankets and sheets this year!

Washers and Dryers on premises for the guests staying in the condo and is located on the garage level.
There are beach towels in a closet should you forget yours at home. You are welcome to use them. Please wash and return them as you found them for the next guest. Thank you!
Your parking space is # 34 located behind the first garage door. There is parking for one car.
