Albany House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 9% Vermont state rooms and meals tax
- Personal check, Master Card, Visa, or Paypal
50% deposit due upon acceptance of reservation, balance and refundable $200 damage deposit due at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
All deposits fully refundable if requested 30 days before arrival. 50% refundable two weeks prior to arrival. No refunds within 14 days if I can't find another renter.
