Reservation/Security Deposit: $600 is required at the time of signing the rental agreement (not part of rental payment) to secure the reservation. This deposit shall also serve as a security & damage deposit and for additional cleaning, if necessary, and is refundable after the end of rental period. Not refundable if reservation cancellation occurs.

- The comfortably furnished Master Bedroom has a sizable sitting area and sleeping area with beautiful hardwood floor. The sitting area is furnished with desk/chair, armchairs, TV and DVD/Video Players. The large windows overlook the deep ocean water which is decorated by colorful lobster buoys. The Master Bedroom contains 2 twin beds, night tables, lamps, telephone, alarm clock, dresser with mirror, larger floor to ceiling cloths closet and floor to ceiling mirror. The big window overlooks the garden, lawn and trees. Imagine waking up by fresh deep ocean smell and a very gentle engine humming from a lobster boat, and watching lobstermen pulling up lobster traps through the windows when you are still on bed. Afterglow’s location is scenic, fresh, quiet and relaxing. The two upstairs bedrooms have tile floors and area rugs and are similarly furnished as Master Bedroom. At night, the comfortable cool sea breeze and soothing sound from ocean wave surges against rocks lullaby you to sleep.
