Parties of more than 6 guests will be considered on a case by case basis. An additional charge is applied for each guest over 6. - Sorry, no pets. No fires are permitted in the fireplace. No functions or gatherings of more than 6 guests are permitted without owner review, and written approval. If approved, an additional per person premium will apply.
