Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Winter Season (Sept-May): 2 night minimum
1st and 2nd night: $650 per night
3rd night: $500
4th-7th night: $300 each
1 week= $3000
2 weeks= $5900
Pool heating fees of $40 per night applies ONLY during winter months
Summer Season (June, July, August): 3 day minimum

Holidays subject to a 3 night minimum stay. - Your Marin Vacation Home is available Year Round. Holiday Rates Apply. 50% of your total booking charges are due upon booking and 50% due six week prior to arrival. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit of $500 is required upon booking plus a one time cleaning fee of $250 (US Dollar). Before contacting us, please check our calendar for your desired dates. Please ask us about our lower monthly rate. Large gatherings are easy to execute at this home - however, we request that all gatherings be limited to 20 people, during daytime only, out of respect for the neighborhood. Pets under 16lb by permission only.
