Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Starting in 2012, Rates are as follows:
Off Season $2300 Week or 4 night minimum: Jan 2 - May $350/night excluding Holidays
Peak Season: $2500/Week 1 Week Minimum. June 1 - Labor Day, excluding 4th of July Week
Fall Season: Labor Day - Dec $2300/week or 4 night minimum $350/night
Memorial Day Weekend: $1000 Four nights, Thursday - Sunday
4th of July Week: $3000, Friday - Thursday
Thanksgiving Week: $2500, Monday through Sunday. Do not have to stay the entire week. Rate stays the same.

Christmas Week: $2500, Friday through Thursday depending on how Christmas lands

Bedroom 4 - 2 twin/ single, This is the other end of the Loft. Kid friendly. See Picture
- Bedroom 3 and 4 are upstairs in the loft. This is not a loft that is open to the main room. Can be closed off to downstairs. Has its own flat screen and DVD player. The side with the queen is great, with great ocean views. The twin bed side is for the kids. loft area is definitely a head banger if you are over 5'6 tall, however it is our favorite sleeping spot and my husband is 6'2! If four people are sleeping upstairs there is not a lot of privacy between the twin beds and the main queen loft area! With the exception of the two twins, all beds are Queens. Total 3 Queens, 2 Twins. Sleeps 8. Portacrib available.
