Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Excessive cleaning fees will be assessed if home is left in disarray.
- Off-Season (Sep-Feb) .......... $800/weekend(2 nights/ 3 days) .. $275 per night, minimum 3 nights plus cleaning fees .. $3500/month
Spring Break Easter; May-Aug .. $900/weekend (2 nights/ 3 days) .. $1700/week plus cleaning fees additional nights are $300 per night .. $3500/month
Holiday weeks or weekends are typically $50+ per night additional. - Cleaning fees are typically $100 for up to 10 people. Larger groups may be $125+. Linens, towels, and pots, pans, and dishes are included in the fee. (There is no additional charge for those items). See the rental agreement form for more information.

- All of the bathrooms are beautifully remodeled with granite counters, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and porcelain tile flooring. The master, which is located on the top floor, has double sinks, as well as a separate soaking tub and over-sized shower. On the main floor, one bathroom is centrally located to all the entertaining areas and the other is privately located in one of the bedrooms.

- Bedrooms are furnished with comfortable matresses and bedding. All are located near restroom areas and are equipped with ceiling fans and additional smaller fans for noise control (just in case the rest of the guests get a little noisy). They are newly refurbished with laminate flooring for easy cleaning. With 17 beds located in the bedrooms, the home can easily accomodate a large family for a reunion or a lot of employees for a company or church retreat.
