Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- This property requires a seven (7) night minimum for all rentals.
- Low season: $875/week. High season: $1400/week. This property requires a seven (7) night minimum for all rentals. If your stay overlaps the Christmas/New Year or Easter/Semana Santa periods, there is a premium rate ($350 USD/holiday night) for that portion of your stay, the other dates of the stay are at the normal rates. These rates do not include cleaning during your stay. The condo will be cleaned before arrival and after departure. If you would request additional cleanings, our maid is available at $20 USD per visit.
