We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, certified checks or money orders. - Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation less than twelve weeks prior to occupancy, all funds paid shall be retained (other than the security deposit) unless the property is re-rented by another party, in which event the difference, if any, shall be refunded.
