Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Weekend Rental FSS up to 6 guests $350/night,$50 for each additional guest.;
Weeknights $315 $1850/week, $250/week additional guests;
8 guests maximum (Children--2 years old & above pay as adults).;
2 night minimum, monthly rental: call-email. $50/pet cleaning fee.;
50% Non-refundable Deposit due on booking to reserve, balance 30 days before;
$500 Refundable damage/telephone deposit, $75 refundable pet deposit;
25% extra and 5 night minimum during holidays: Mardi Gras, Easter week,;
