The signed contract, half the rental amount, and security deposit must be received in order to lock in your dates. The balance of the rental amount is due 2 weeks prior to rental period. After receiving the balance, keys will be placed in a secure location that will be conveyed through e-mail. A security deposit will be returned after Saturday inspection if check out confirms no damages. Pay per view movies will be paid for from the security deposit.
- Full refund for cancellation is available if another rental is achieved for the rental week you canceled.
