- There are a total of three bathrooms in the house-two full baths and one half bath 'powder room'. Each bathroom is tiled with a lavatory sink over a medicine cabinet all tastefully decorated. In the two full bathrooms the master bath has a shower and the first floor has a shower over the tub. On the ground level there is an outdoor shower and adjacent hose which keeps the mess from the beach out of the house. In the rear of the house is a clothes line for those towels and bathing suits you remove from the shower that yearn for nature's sun. Otherswise, your laundry has a large capacity dryer.

- 4 Large Bedrooms Top floor provides a king size master bedroom suite with full tiled bathroom, two moderrn night tables, dressers and walk-in closet. A beautiful ceiling fan/light with speed control adds to the beautiful breezes from your private deck with sliding glass doors. The Ist Floor has 3 bedrooms, Ist bedroom has King beds and one twin, 2nd bedroom King Bed, and third has two twins. These bedrooms are furnished with a wicker dresser, night table, and lamp. Each bedroom features a full closet, nice ceiling fan/light and sliding glass doors leading to deck with furniture to lounge around on. Their is a bonus 2nd family room with convertible couch on this floor with TV-keeps the peace- full laundry room, and tiled entry foyer.
