- My agent on the island will handle all the paperwork necessary for your reservation, collect all rent, taxes, security deposits and present keys to renters. This is for our (yours' and mine) mutual convenience and will not cost you (the renter) any additional monies. Please note that these rates are based on a maximum of 4 persons overnight. No exceptions regardless of age. A person is a person. No sub-leasing allowed at any time. Only persons whose names appear on the rental agreement and the stated number of persons are allowed to stay past 10pm or overnight in this unit. Violators may be removed and handled by Collier County's Sheriff's Office and all rent and security deposits may be forfeited. Please abide by our rules. They are for the safety and comfort of all residents. Thank you.
- Please note: NEW beginning April 15, 2013: A $25 parking fee will be imposed and collected by the Seawinds' Office upon arrival. The fee is for your ENTIRE stay. One vehicle per unit - per rental period. Daily visiting guests of renters will be charged $5 per day to park their car. Violators WILL BE towed, so please be sure to register and get your parking tag. This charge goes directly to the condominium association, not the owner or rental agency. No parking tag will be issued without payment by either Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Debit Card. NO CASH payment. Please plan ahead.
