Tenant responsible for cleaning cottage.
Cottage and yard must be left clean and tidy as you found it, including no cigarette
butts on the ground. Cleaning supplies are in the cottage to be used by renter, plus
a vacuum, broom, and swiffer provided.
Off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
No parking allowed on street or on
the lawn.
