Cudjoe Key House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150 Night or $1050 week
- Jan 1 to Sept 10 $150/night or $1000/Week
Sept 11 to Dec 18 $110.00/night or $800.00/week
Mini Lobster and Lobster week - $1400.00
Cleaning Fee - $90 to be left at time of departure in cash.
Total payment due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Community Registration Fee $50/family/stay (payable upon arrival)
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - This is a no smoking house. If you smoke inside or throw your cigarette butts outside, your security deposit will be withheld. We are very serious about this rule!!
Cancellation Policy - 30 days or more from the arrival date= full refund
29 days or less = $250.00 cancellation fee.
14 days or less = no refund.
Hurricane policy - A full refund will be given for any unused days or cancelled reservation for any mandatory evacuation from Cudjoe Key.
