- We offer a streamlined reservation assurance policy. When you have decided that you are ready to book, simply call us. We require just a $250 deposit and it's that simple, the house is yours. We take it off the market for your desired dates. In the event that you change your plans we will endeavor to re-rent the house for those dates, and if we are successful all you pay is a $150 administrative fee.Rates for weekends and week are based on a normal 8 person stay but can sleep 13 . Any person over the 8 for the week have to pay only $60.00 for the whole week or weekend not a per night issue- We are pet friendly but require a non refundable $65 per pet .Please try to keep Bearadise as you found it and thanks ------also there is a $105 clean up fee added to invoice

Additionally, there are two pull out sofas with queen size sleepers, one on the main level and one in the game/family room.
