We do not rent to students or singles under the age of 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. The cottage serves two people in one queen bed, no additional sleeping arrangements due to fire, density and occupancy laws.
We appreciate the constant change of new faces, NO MONTHLY or SEASONAL RENTALS.

- The cottage is served by a tank-less water heater. We hope you are prudent in use of fresh water, but it's always be hot. Fresh linens include 1 bath sheet. 1 hand towels and 1 washcloth per quest plus dish towel. Linens are changed every third day along with guests bed makeup and light clean. For extended stays we provide fresh bed linens weekly.

- A fabulous night’s rest on our Queen sized bed with plush-top mattress. Your bed linens are sumptuous to the touch, and topped with the casual elegance of our feather duvet cover with whisper-soft hypoallergenic polyester filament and sewn all the way through to prevent bunching. Fresh linens and lite cleaning every 3rd. day, include 1 bath sheet. 1 hand towels and 1 wash cloth per quest plus dish towel. For extended stays we provide fresh bed linens weekly. The cottage is for up to 1 or 2 persons in one bed. Fire, Occupancy and Density Laws do not permit additional guests.
