- Rate is based on up to 4 persons. Additional fee of $10/person/night applies for groups over 4.
Cleaning rate of $125.00 is based on 4 persons, may be higher for more people.
Peak rates apply on ALL holidays & require a 3 night min. stay! - A signed rental agreement is required to rent the house. The agreement will be sent to you when you make the reservation. A damage waiver of $55 is required, which covers accidental damage up to $150.00. Renters are fully responsible for damages that are deemed negligent or intentional.
