- The winter has snow sports and skiing or sitting by the cozy fire, The spring and summer has outdoor sports like hiking, biking, swimming, etc and in the Autumn the leave change color in October in the Smokies as beautifully and anywhere in the country. We had to add $25.00 per week to compensate for the high rate of propane in the winter for heat. Sales Tax is included in the weekly rental price.
- The cleaning rate of $75 is per stay. There is only one charge whether you stay a week, two weeks or a month.
