- Summer Season - $2500 weekly rate; Saturday arrival and Saturday departure - price inlcudes cleaning.
Academic Season - $3000 monthly rate; Arrival first day of month, departure last day of month.
Night Rent - by request and availability - $300 per night, 2 night minimum required
