Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- NON HOLIDAY PERIODS
MINIMUM STAY: 2 Night minimum. 7th night is free on a weekly rental.
CHECK-IN TIME: Not before 3:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: Prior to 11:00 AM
RESERVATIONS: A major credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS: We are required to strictly observe the maximum occupancy limitations set for each property. We must include all children, except for infants less than one year old, when determining the total number of persons in each property.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No charge will be incurred if your reservation is canceled more than two weeks prior to arrival. If canceled within two weeks of scheduled arrival, you will be subject to charges for any nights reserved that we are unable to rebook.
UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: If for any reason the property you have rented becomes inaccessible for any reason during the period of time you have the property reserved, Re - HOLIDAY PERIOD CHRISTMAS | NEW YEAR

This home has everything you need to feel at home, 4 king bedroom suites with attached baths and memory foam mattress pads, TV and VCRs, sliding glass doors to view the mountains or the local deer who come to visit. In the living room you can watch TV, a DVD, listen to music or curl up next to the cozy gas fireplace and read a book. The West facing deck provides seating to watch the the light change on the mountains and the beautiful sunsets; Bar BQ on the gas grill, spend time in the hot tub after hiking or skiing respites, or just soaking your troubles away on a star filled night. For those with special diet needs there is a completely furnished kitchen. This home is tastefully decorated in southwest decor.
