Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $500 deposit must be received to confirm your reservation.
- The $500 deposit to reserve your week will be used as your security deposit that will be returned minus any deduction for damage. Rental rates are for 1-8 guests, If there are more than 8 guests there will be an additional fee of $100 for cleaning.
- All deposits and rent must be paid before rental week.
