The Balance Due must be payed within 36 hours of your arrival. A booking cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received. We strongly advise that you confirm at least eight weeks ahead of your departure date. (We offer a 2.6% discount for confirmed bookings earlier than 6 months)
Santiago-St.James is FULL SELF-CATERING accommodation. Housekeeping can be arranged at the rate per visit of US$40.00. We will provide fresh sets of linen and towels once a week on the agreed 'change-over day'. Beach towels are provided. Additional beach towels are available on request. - Our rates are set to attract people who, like us, love traveling and making friends along the way. We understand the uncertainties of a 1st visit & the unpredictable future, and we're happy to work through any obstacles in our mutual interest. We recommend you check whether the apartment is available. Sometimes the Calendar here does not reflect the true or up-to-date availability, so contact us to be sure!! We can only confirm a reservation when we have the down-payment in hand. If for some good reason you suddenly can't travel on the chosen date, we will try our best to fill the gap if you have given us at least 28 nights' notice, and in such a case we would apply your deposit to the next agreed best date for your occupancy. In this way we'll share some of the disappointment with you !!!
