Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Minimum rental is 2 days off season/ 3 day Min Summer and Holiday;
Weekend rate .. $525/weekend (Fri/Sat) .. $700/weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun);
Weekday rate ... $700/weekday (Mon-Thu) Weekly rate ...$900/wk;
All rates are plus 10% tax and $50 booking fee plus $220 linen/cleaning fee
Summer and Holiday rates: $1350 plus tax per week plus $270 fees above.
Summer 3 night weekend (f/sa/su) or 4 night weekday (m/twth) is $1000 plus tax plus $270 fees above
