Alpine Meadows House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning deposit is $250. Cleaning rate ranges from $120-175++ depending on how you leave it.
- THE ABOVE RATES ARE FOR DECEMBER 15, 2012 THROUGH MAY 15, 2013
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND THE FOURTH OF JULY ARE $400/NIGHT.
ALL OTHER TIMES ARE $350/NIGHT - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Absolutely no refunds will be made for cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival. This includes cancellations for sickness, family tragedy, too much snow, too little snow, area closed for skiing, or other adverse conditions. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% handling change. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a total loss of the entire rental amount owed and a complete damage and security deposit refund unless a replacement renter is found. Early departure will result in no refunds
