- A Rental Deposit equal to 25% of the rental rate is required at time of reservation to hold the Rental Period. The reservation is not considered final until the Rental Deposit has cleared the bank (in the case of a personal check). Owners will continue to offer the Rental Period for rent until the reservation is considered final. The Rental Deposit will be applied toward the Rental Fee. The Rental Deposit is not a security deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT, along w/the Security Deposit & Housekeeping Fee is due thirty (30) days before your check-in date.
We strongly recommend use of PayPal to place rental deposits to insure immediate locking of a desired time period.
A $250 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee.This security deposit will be refunded w/in 30 days of check-out assuming all terms of the rental agreement are met.The housekeeping fee is required w/the final rental payment. Housekeeping fee is $125. - CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% Cancellation fee or $100 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made w/in 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full Rental Deposit. We currently accept payment via personal check & PayPal. 25% of the rental fee is required to hold a desired reservation time frame. A $250 security deposit, a signed contract & the remainder of the rental fee is due 4 weeks prior to arriving *** or the deposit will be forfeited *** & the week offered for rent to other vacationers. The security deposit will be returned w/in 30 days of checkout after inspection & assuming no damage has been done to the house or property. There are NO REFUNDS w/in 60 days of the arrival date.

The half bath is conveniently located in 1 of the Master bedrooms. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated. The primary bathroom has a large storage closet w/a high chair, booster seat, baby monitor, ironing board, iron & step stool. The 1st floor has a full bathroom w/a vintage claw-foot tub w/a shower head.

- The Kids Bunk room is on separate floor from Master Bedrooms providing privacy for adults. Kids room also has space for 4 plus a crib but Crib can be replaced w/Fold out or Large Air Mattress to add 2 more. Crib can also be moved into either Master bedroom which has space to easily accommodate. The bedrooms on the 1st & 2nd floors have new floors, new paint & all of the beds have new pillows & blankets. Large family room has a new pull-out queen sized sofa bed w/its own door to close it off from the house if used as a bedroom. Separate living room w/Entertainment system in addition to TV/DVD setup in family room. 1st floor bedrooms have large common area w/a 3rd entertainment area w/TV & DVD player.
