Notes: Huge 32x18 ft deck is accessible through a slider in the sitting/reading area. Deck has a hot tub, TV/DVD player, bar sink, refrigerator, ice machine & serving cart. There’s a table w/4 chairs that recline & 2 sling chase lounge chairs. A towel rack, radio/CD player & blender are some of the extras you’ll find. You’ll also be pleased to find that the outside refrigerator will be stocked w/beverages. The deck has non-glaring lights & brass Tiki torches surrounding it. Of course, the torches are always topped off w/fuel & back up fuel is supplied to fire up long nights. Front deck stretches across the entire length of the house & is also surrounded by Tiki torches. There’s a stainless steel gas grill w/a spot light for night grilling. A table & 4 chairs, deck box, snack tables & stools suit all your needs. Unpacking is a breeze when you pull right up to the front deck.
