- The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a built-in tile bench. The bathroom floor and shower are tiled. The washer and dryer are full-size and available for guests' exclusive use at no extra charge. In addition to providing laundry soap, we provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner for the shower. Towels and sheets are provided.

- The bedroom is completely separate from the rest of the apartment. (In other words, this is a one-bedroom furnished apartment, not a studio.) We, the owners, lived overseas for years and traveled for extended stays many times. We set up this apartment to be the kind of place in which we would've been happy to stay for a month. When one guest wakes in the middle of the night, you can go to the living room/kitchen to read or watch TV without disturbing your partner. The queen size bed has a luxurious pillow-top mattress, and we use only high thread count sheets. There are several pillows available from which you can choose. There is ample closet space. Heavy blinds allow you to block out the sun when you want, or open them to get natural light. There are wall-mounted reading lamps on either side of the bed and a digital alarm clock/radio at one side. The central heat & air conditioning unit is for the apartment only, so you can set the temperature that is most comfortable for you.
