- Deposit of 1/2 of total rental fee is required to guarantee reservation. Sales tax of 5.5% on total rental fee.
Minimum 3 night stay for high season. Call for 2 night stay between bookings. 2 night minimum for low season. Full rental payment plus deposit is due 2 weeks prior to occupancy. No Cleaning Fees unless left inadequate as to when you came minus normal cleaning like laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and etc.
Rates subject to change without notice. Deposit of $300.00/$500.00 is required per stay depending on the length of stay and is security against damage to cover losses, inadequate checkout cleaning, late checkout, and other reasons as described in rental agreement. The vacation home will be inspected after your departure. If there are no problems, the deposit will be returned in full, by mail 14-30 days after checkout. We are here not to nickel and dime you just to make sure each renter has it nice!! Remember most other places charge a cleaning fee from $75-$250. We Don - Call for 2 night stay between bookings!! It is possible to stay 2 nights if it lands between bookings.. Just call or email we would be glad to accomodate!! No cleaning charge or transaction fee for credit cards. We take most cards! No Cleaning Fees unless left inadequate as to when you came minus normal cleaning like laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and etc.
