Twain Harte Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Standard Rates:
$180 per night for 2 or 3 nights,
$160 per night for 4 or more nights,
Refundable security deposit of $200 - Rental includes admission to the members only lake in Twain Harte (mid June to mid Sept). Lake tickets are $5 per person per day and can be purchased at the lake.
All rates include a cleaning fee and taxes. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Additional fees may apply for pet cleanup or overly dirty conditions.
Cancellation Fees:
A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation. This deposit will be credited towards your rent. There is a $50 fee for cancellations prior to 14 days before the first rental date. There is a $200 fee for cancellations 14 days or less before the first rental date.
