$125 cleaning fee required for all rentals. Actual cleaning fee may be slightly higher for bigger cleaning jobs - .
Personal checks accepted up to 15 days prior to rental. PayPal required within 15 days prior to rental. Large PayPal transfers may incur a fee.
Check-in 2pm. Depart 9am. Early check-in (7am) and/or late depart (4pm) MAY be avail for $50 either or $90 both.
$500.00 refundable deposit. Option of $150 refundable deposit with non-refundable purchase of supplemental rental insurance for $39. Security deposit and cleaning fees are fully refundable if rental is canceled for any reason prior to occupancy.
