- $50 Cleaning Fee, $200 refundable deposit OR non refundable $49 homeaway fee and no deposit.
50% Rental fee due upon reserving, balance 30 days prior, 60 day cancel. 120 day cancel for rentals longer than three weeks in length.

Pet Travelers:
We welcome well-behaved, quiet, Friendly animal companions.
Additional $50 fee applies for those staying with pet friends.
You Must pick up after your pet on a daily basis.
We do not have a private enclosed yard, for safety reasons, your pet will need to stay indoors unless directly supervised.
Please, no un-trained, excessive barkers or destructive pet visitors.
