Deposit: 50% deposit required to hold reservation. Remainder of balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. Credit and debit cards accepted (through Paypal) - all payments handled through Paypal.
Cancellations and Refunds: If cancellation is made more than 45 days before expected check-in date, then deposit will be refunded less $100 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 45 and up to 30 days before arrival, deposit will be refunded less $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, then deposit is forfeited.

- There are no refunds for road and weather conditions. In the winter four-wheel drive and/or chains may be required, and are recommened November thru April.

State and local tax of 11.2% added to the total of rental fee+cleaning
Dog is possible with permission of owner. An additional refundable pet fee/damage deposit of $100 (minimum) is required, or more if more than one dog.
