- Payment of a security deposit of $750.00 is required in order to confirm your reservation. The security deposit will be held against additional charges (ski lift vouchers, damages, etc.) and will be refunded within 72 hours of departure.
In the event of cancellation, the security deposit is refundable according to the following terms:
Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: 100% refundable, minus a $25.00 processing fee.
Cancellation 30 to 8 days in advance: 50% refundable
Cancellation 7 to 0 days in advance: Not refundable
The security deposit can be paid by credit card via PayPal. (Please mail owner and request an invoice for the deposit.)
Availability is not guaranteed if not booked within 48 hours of inquiry. - Operating and maintaining a hot tub is an expensive and labor-intensive service, which we provide because we believe it is an amenity our guests will enjoy. To offset the cost of servicing, draining, cleaning and refilling the hot tub after each group, we charge an additional flat fee of $200.00 for use of the hot tub (rather than raising our per night rates). This fee is waived if your group does not wish to use the hot tub.
