Gloucester Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 5% Va. sales tax added to rental.
Check in: 3:00 p.m.
Check out: 11:00 a.m.
A 25% deposit required upon booking a weeks stay.
A 50% deposit required upon booking a weekend stay.
Cancellation policy: 4 weeks notice for full refund of deposit, less $25.00 handling fee (security deposit)
Cancellations under 4 weeks: No refund of deposit.
Remainder of Rent due 21 days in advance of rental date.
One night rentals may be accepted on occasion. - Limited to 4 adults/children, unless cleared with owners before hand.There will be a $10.00 per night charge for any guest over the limit of 4. Misrepresentation as to who is renting the property, loud parties, or exceeding the occupancy limit( without permission from owners), will result in guests being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund. Must be 21 years of age to rent this cabin.
Property must be left in good and clean condition!!!
