Paauilo Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- 1-2 people $100 per night / $600 per wk / $1100 for 2 wks / $2000 per month.
3 people $125 per night / $775 per week / $1450 for 2 wks / $2700 per month.
4 people $150 per night / $950 per week / $1800 for 2 wks / $3400 per month.
Taxes will be added.
For a short stay (4 days to 1 week only) - Keolamauloa will accommodate 6 persons. A double futon couch is available for up to two additional persons. $25 per night per extra person.
Policies
4 nights minimum/1 month maximum stay. This is a smoke-free property, and please leave your pets at home and enjoy ours during your stay. Children are welcome.
50% deposit required upon booking - balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy - For Deposit Refund
If notice is received:
30 days or more before reserved date- full refund
15 - 29 days before reserved date - 50% refund
14 days or less from reserved date - no refund
